Avoid unstable walls, decorative facades, or areas with water pipes or high-voltage cables above the box .Check equipment and tools: Ensure the optical fiber interface board, protective sleeves, and other components are complete. Prepare tools such as expansion bolts, levels, protective ground cables, optical fiber jumpers, and cable hoses .Mounting the Distribution BoxWall-mounted boxes: Secure the box to the wall using expansion bolts, ensuring it is horizontal and vertical with a perpendicularity deviation of no more than 3mm .Rack-mounted boxes: Install brackets on both sides of the box and fix them to the designated rack position with screws. Ensure the installation direction aligns with network design requirements .Introducing and Routing Fiber Optic CablesCable entry: Insert the optical cable through the designated entry hole, using a grommet or protective jacket to prevent damage .Securing cables: Wrap tape around the fixed position of the cable to prevent loosening. Maintain the minimum bending radius specified by the manufacturer to avoid signal loss .Routing inside the box: Use spools, bending radius clips, and cable ties to organize the fiber paths.
